One thing, his left arm is a bit awkward--I couldn't really tell at first it was an arm. I'm not sure if it needs more definition in the paw or if it should be placed somewhere else, but I think that could use a bit of editing.
What I really love about this piece is how his little hairs/fur (which does a mouse have?) are sticking out all crazy everywhere. It really gives him some great character and helps the eye move around the composition really well. Great work!
